Maintenance,
Repair, Support Plan:
Advanced
Connections Inc. will guarantee that labor, equipment and materials will
be free of defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of
installation. Expendable items and wear from ordinary use are excluded
from this guarantee. After the period of five (5) years, ACI will
provide replacement parts, support, and labor on a time and materials
basis. ACI can also offer extended warranty plans of fifteen (15) to
twenty-five (25) years on networks through partnerships with AMP, Inc.,
Systimax, Ortronics, Leviton, Panduit, Siemons, Nordx and SIECOR. Hours
of operation are 7am to 6pm. Please

Statement
of Guarantee:
Advanced
Connections, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a
product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is
discontinued.
